Pulliam Cattle Co. & Treehouse Retreat offers two beautiful outdoor locations for your event. So, whether you want an intimate wedding ceremony tucked within the trees, a large dance party under the open Kansas sky, or something in between, we are excited to make your vision come to life. ​Want to see how others have used these spaces? The Creek

Beautiful mature trees and the sounds of a quiet, rustling creek surround this location. While the sun is up, you get the natural beauty of the woods. When the sun goes down, the twinkling string lights transform the trees, creating a moody and romantic atmosphere. 

The Field

This location offers the beauty of the woods with the convenience of an open field. Plenty of space provides plenty of opportunity. Get guests engaged by setting up yard games, make sure everyone remembers the night by renting a vintage camper photo booth, or ditch a traditional dinner and wow your guests with a delicious food truck. 

Outdoor Event Venue Pricing

1 Day Event

  • Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday 10:00 am to 11:30 pm

  • $25.00 per person (minimum of 100 people, maximum of 200 people)

  • Includes setting set up for ceremony, tables and chairs set up for reception, access to all treehouses, 1 staff member for 8 hours

  • Must have a designated day-of coordinator (does not have to be a PCC coordinator) to act as a point of contact for PCC staff to ensure desired setup is achieved

  • 25% non-refundable security deposit due at time of booking

 

Weekend Special

  • Friday at 4:00 pm to Sunday at 11:00 am

  • $6,500 (maximum of 200 people)

  • Includes setting set up for ceremony, tables and chairs set up for reception, access to all treehouses, 2 staff members for 8 hours, 1 bartender for 6 hours, access to the barn for rehearsal dinner

  • Must have a designated day-of coordinator (does not have to be a PCC coordinator) to act as a point of contact for PCC staff to ensure desired setup is achieved

  • 25% non-refundable security deposit due at time of booking

 

Additional Options

  • Additional staff member: $225.00 per person (1 additional required for 150 guests, 2 additional required for 200 guests)

  • Day of coordinator: $500

  • Full Event Coordinator: $2,000

  • Event timelapse video: $100.00

  • Custom laser engraving: Price Varies

  • Custom backdrops: Price Varies

Pulliam Cattle Co. does not have a preferred vendor list, but all vendors must be pre-approved by our staff. 

Event insurance is required for all events.
